Is it really free right now?
Yes — 100% free during our beta. No credit card, no hidden charges, no limits on events or registrations.
Will it stay free after beta?
After beta, we plan to charge a small platform fee per successful registration — we're thinking around ₱10–15. For context, other platforms used by big organizers charge ₱60 to ₱200 per registration. This fee goes toward maintaining the platform, paying for services, and keeping the app running. We want to keep it fair and accessible for independent and community organizers.
Who pays the platform fee — me or my runners?
The platform fee will be on the organizer side, not your runners. Your runners only pay the registration fee you set. They won't see any added charges from us.
How does payment work? Do you handle the money?
No — RaceFlow doesn't touch the money at all. You configure your own GCash, Maya, or bank accounts. Runners pay you directly, upload their proof, and you approve it from your dashboard.
What payment channels can I set up?
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, LandBank, RCBC, and Go Tyme Bank. You add your own account details and QR codes — runners pick whichever channel works for them.
