Terms of Service

By creating an account or registering for an event on RaceFlow (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Platform.

RaceFlow provides event organizers with tools to create and manage race events, and provides runners with a way to discover events and register for them, including online payment via our payment processor.

RaceFlow is not the event organizer. Each event is created and run by an independent organizer, who is responsible for the event itself — race-day logistics, safety, race kit fulfillment, and event-specific rules.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and registering for events. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Online payments are processed by PayMongo. RaceFlow does not store your card, GCash, or Maya credentials.
• Your registration is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
• Prices, event dates, slots, and category availability are set by the event organizer and may change before you complete registration.

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment is confirmed, unless the event organizer explicitly offers a refund, credit, or transfer to another participant. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, the organizer is responsible for offering a refund or valid alternative (e.g. credit toward a future event) to affected runners. RaceFlow does not issue refunds on an organizer’s behalf and is not a party to the transaction between runner and organizer beyond payment processing.

If you create events on RaceFlow as an organizer, you’re responsible for accurately describing your event, fulfilling race kits and services promised to runners, and complying with applicable Philippine laws and local permits for holding the event. RaceFlow is not liable for an organizer’s failure to deliver an event as advertised.

You agree not to:

• Provide false registration or payment information
• Use the Platform to defraud runners or organizers
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or bypass the Platform’s security
• Resell or transfer race registrations where the organizer prohibits it

The Platform is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, RaceFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including event cancellations, injuries during events, or disputes between runners and organizers. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

We may update these terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
