Return & Refund Policy

RaceFlow sells event registrations, not physical products. There is nothing to “return” — this policy covers when a registration fee is eligible for a refund.

Once your payment is confirmed, your registration fee is non-refundable, except in the cases below. This is because the event organizer allocates race kits, slots, and logistics based on confirmed registrations.

• The event organizer explicitly offers a refund, credit, or transfer to another participant for your registration.
• The event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer — in this case, the organizer is responsible for offering a refund or a valid alternative (e.g. credit toward a future event) to affected runners.
• You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate payment, or a payment taken without a completed registration) — contact us and we’ll investigate.

RaceFlow is the payment facilitator, not the event organizer. Refund eligibility and approval for event-specific reasons (e.g. no longer able to attend) is decided by the organizer, not RaceFlow — approval is always at the organizer’s discretion and is never guaranteed. Once an organizer approves a refund, we email you a secure link to claim it. You’ll enter the bank account you’d like the funds sent to, and the refund is processed automatically once you submit that form. This link expires 3 days after it’s issued, so claim it promptly — if it lapses before you do, contact the organizer to have it reissued. Refunds typically settle within 1 banking day of being claimed.

First, contact the event organizer directly through their event page — they decide event-specific refund requests. Once approved, watch your inbox for an email with your claim link and follow the steps there. If you believe you were charged in error, or an approved refund’s claim link has expired or gone missing, email raceflow.pro@gmail.com with your registration reference number.
